How do I track my order?

What are the delivery options and times?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped the next business day. (Note: Orders placed on Fridays are shipped on Mondays.) During collection launches and sale periods, the delivery process may be delayed due to the large number of orders.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once the order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address.

What are the conditions of in-store delivery?

Drôle de Monsieur offers you the possibility of collecting your order at the Flagship Store located in Paris. Orders are usually ready for collection 5 working days from the reception of the shipping confirmation email. You will be notified by email

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to satisfy your demand, but we cannot guarantee satisfaction. If you'd like to return your order, please follow the returns instructions as laid out

Will I have to pay customs fees?

All deliveries to Europe are not applicable for import duty and taxes. All Orders shipped to USA, Canada and New Zealand have any import duties and taxes paid for. Deliveries to the rest of the world where duty is applicable can choose to pay duty at

An item I received is damaged or defective, what should I do?

If any of the delivered items you received are damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

One of the items I received does not match my order, what should I do?

We invite you to contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item you received does not match your order.

One item is missing from my order. What should I do?

We invite you to contact us if you received your order with a missing item. You will be asked to provide a photo of your package as well as the order number. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
