The return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. Customers will be refunded the equal amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus the return shipping label provided during the request return.

Please keep proof of dispatch of the return until you receive confirmation that your refund has been processed or that you can proceed with the exchange.
