Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original labels attached and all packaging. No merchandise that has been worn or is used or damaged will be accepted for return. If these conditions are not met, Drôle de Monsieur reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you.

Non-returnable goods: Gift Cards, Socks

To return an item, first request a return authorisation via the link below and then simply follow the instructions.

You will be prompted to enter your order number and email address associated with the order. Thereafter, you may select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.

For returns, customers will be refunded the equal amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus the return shipping label.

Important: Duties and customs paid at the check-out are considered non-refundable by Drôle de Monsieur. You will need to reach your local customs agency to further process a duties/customs refund.

Drôle de Monsieur cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to a package.
